We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ceylonhubspot.com or by phone at +94769715640. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
