How To Prepare Blue Lotus tea

You can either make it by yourself, by soaking the flowers in hot water, or you can buy it, already prepared in tea bags.

If you decide to make it by yourself, simply brew the plant, just like you would do with a normal tea. Let it for 10-15 minutes, whereafter drink the liquid within 5-10 minutes.

In order to get mild effects, you will need to be around 5 grams. For a larger dose, simply use 10 grams.

The effects will last for approximately 2-3 hours, so be ready to relax in a comfortable place.
